पात्रता परीक्षा (रीट)-2015 के आयोजन को शिक्षा विभाग पंचायतीराज विभाग के अधिकारियों की बैठक ले रहे थे। बैठक में पंचायती राज अधिनियम/ नियमों में वांछित संशोधन के लिए कार्यवाही होने तक माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड द्वारा रीट के आयोजन से संबंधित तैयारियां पूरी रखने के निर्देश दिए। अधिकारी पारदर्शिता अपनाते हुए
इस प्रकार से तैयारी रखे कि बाद में भर्ती में किसी प्रकार की बाधा उत्पन्न नहीं हो। देवनानी ने बताया कि ऐसी उम्मीद है कि आगामी महीने तक परीक्षाओं के आयोजन से संबंधित प्रक्रियाओं को पूर्ण कर लिया जाएगा।

राजस्थानमाध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड को शिक्षक भर्ती की पात्रता परखने के लिए आयोजित होने वाली राजस्थान अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा (रीट) 2015 की एक दिन की निगरानी करीब 9 करोड़ रुपए पड़ेगी। बोर्ड इस परीक्षा की नोडल एजेंसी है। बोर्ड परीक्षा में नकल की रोकथाम के लिए परीक्षा केंद्रों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाएगा। इन कैमरों को हायर करने के लिए ही बोर्ड ने अनुमानित लागत करीब 9 करोड़ रुपए आंकी है। यह खुलासा बोर्ड द्वारा जारी टेंडर में हुआ है। बोर्ड द्वारा पिछले दिनों ही रीट 2015 और बोर्ड की मुख्य परीक्षा 2016 के चुनिंदा केंद्रों से सीधे प्रसारण एवं रिकॉर्डिंग की व्यवस्था के लिए टेंडर जारी किया है। इसमें अन्य शर्तों के साथ ही बोर्ड ने ही लिखा है कि इस कार्य की अनुमानित लागत 9 करोड़ रुपए है। बोर्ड द्वारा 7 फरवरी को रीट 2015 का आयोजन किया जाना है। इस परीक्षा में 8 लाख 74 हजार 604 अभ्यर्थी प्रविष्ट होंगे। बोर्ड सूत्रों का कहना है कि रीट में परीक्षा केंद्रों पर नकल की रोकथाम के लिए यह व्यवस्था की जा रही है। बोर्ड द्वारा पहली बार सीसीटीवी कैमरे इतनी बड़ी राशि में किराए पर लेना चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है, क्योंकि सीसीटीवी से निगरानी कराने के बोर्ड के पिछले अनुभव बहुत अच्छे नहीं रहे हैं। 2.5 कराेड़ खर्च किए थे 2015 की परीक्षा में बोर्डने वर्ष 2015 की परीक्षाओं में प्रदेश के 150 परीक्षा केंद्रों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाए थे। इन पर करीब 2.5 करोड़ रुपए व्यय किए गए थे। बोर्ड रीट के लिए प्रदेश में 2000 से 2500 परीक्षा केंद्र बनाएगा। इसकी तैयारियां जारी हैं। बोर्ड प्रशासन का कहना है कि इनमें से अधिकांश परीक्षा केंद्रों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाए जाएंगे। ^ रीट के अधिकांश केंद्रों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाए जाएंगे। इसके लिए टेंडर जारी किए जा चुके हैं। अनुमानित व्यय 9 करोड़ रुपए माना गया है। अब देखते हैं इनवायस कितना आता है। -प्रो. बीएल चौधरी, अध्यक्ष,राजस्थान माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड, अजमेर जैमर भी लगेंगे : बोर्डब्लूटूथ और अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक डिवाइस से नकल की रोकथाम के लिए संवेदनशील अतिसंवेदनशील परीक्षा केंद्रों पर जैमर लगाने पर भी विचार कर रहा है। इसके लिए भी बोर्ड अलग से राशि व्यय करेगा।

विनोद मित्तल | जयपुर. तृतीयश्रेणी शिक्षक भर्ती को कानूनी उलझनों से बचाने के लिए शिक्षा विभाग अब रिक्रूटमेंट कम एलिजिबिलिटी एग्जाम फॉर टीचर्स (रीट) की मेरिट के आधार पर ही भर्ती करेगा। पहले विभाग ने कहा था कि इस परीक्षा के अंकों के साथ मेरिट बनाते समय बीएड, बीएसटीसी, स्नातक और बारहवीं कक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों का भी वेटेज जोड़ा जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने शिक्षक भर्ती के लिए आरटेट शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा को खत्म कर रीट के आधार पर भर्ती की घोषणा की थी। अब विभाग का मानना है कि भर्ती परीक्षा में हिस्सा लेने वाले विद्यार्थियों के पास अलग अलग बोर्ड और अलग अलग विश्वविद्यालयों की अंकतालिका होगी। शेष| पेज 8

इसलिए बदला फैसला : सीबीएसई में विद्यार्थियों के अंक अधिक आते हैं, जबकि राजस्थान बोर्ड में कम। ऐसे में 12वीं के अंकों के आधार पर सीबीएसई के स्टूडेंट को फायदा मिलता। यही हाल अलग-अलग विश्वविद्यालयों का है। इन्हीं असमानताओं से बचने के लिए शिक्षा विभाग ने फैसला बदला है।
